Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel subscription at any time by sending an email at (contact@html5animationtogif.com) with the subject "Cancel". Within 24 hours, your membership will be cancelled.

What exactly is a conversion credit?

Each successful conversion will be counted as one credit.

How long will my converted files be stored on your server?

Once video or gif created, you should use our API to download the file(s). Our server is not meant to serve as a CDN. Output files are only kept on the server for two days.

What happens if the conversion of my file fails?

Don't worry, if you have a problem converting your file, our support team will work with our engineers to convert it. You should try again as a best practise. If you have any additional concerns, please email  us at (contact@html5animationtogif.com) and our team will look into it for you.

Do you provide a customised plan?

Yes, if you require a custom plan, please send us an email with the information (such as the amount of conversions per month) and we will make one for you.

Can I put this API to use in production?
